My experience had issues. i was offered a free upgrade online, but it disappeared upon check in! i called customer service. She bordered on rude and was not helpful. the 'upgrade' was to a stay well room with a view. the 'view' was of a bulldozer in a vacant lot. i was quite frustrated!

Check-in was indeed easy, and the staff was helpful. I found several good dining options, from casual spots to places for a sit-down meal. The location made it easy for me to access nearby attractions. A mini fridge in the room proved convenient.

the gym had several treadmills and stationary bikes for my use. a rainfall shower was available in my room and it was a nice touch. i found that the valet parking was efficient, a simple process.
the room did not include a coffee machine, which would have been useful.

the room was huge and comfortable i stayed in a soho premier view room the hotel has numerous restaurants nearby i would stay there again. the staff are friendly and helpful the pool area is clean and easily accessible from the main lobby it is fun. it is easy to get to this hotel from the airport it is also easy to travel to any other place by walking. everything needed is on the hotel

missing refrigeratorthin walls
the lack of a refrigerator in the room was pretty annoying especially since it was hot. needing to pay extra for something so basic seemed unnecessary. i was also frustrated by the thin walls i could hear conversations and noise from the hallway often making it difficult to relax or sleep early. it really messed with my downtime.
